Born in Dauphin county, Pennsylvania where she married #1) Joseph Ege 1805-1861 on 22 June 1852. [She was his second wife?] They were the parents of four known children: William Lusk Ege, Charles Fremont Ege, Mary Eva Ege & Hettie Belle Ege. The first three were born in Pennsylvania and the last in Newton township, Whiteside Co, IL where the family moved to around spring of 1857.
Joseph A. Ege died in 1861 leaving her with four small children. Later, she married #2) Joseph A. Miller in 1869 [she was his third wife] and they were the parents of Joseph A. Miller 1871-1921.
