Geneva McAngus, 84, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 in San Angelo, Texas. She was born to the late, John Leonard and Leona Mae McKinnerney Knight on August 23, 1933 in Arp, Texas. Geneva graduated from Lakeview High School in 1951. She married her late husband, Billy Dan McAngus on June 18, 1954 in San Angelo. Geneva worked over 27 years as a secretary for Thiokol Corporation, Karnack, Texas. She was of the Church of Christ faith. She was a talented carpenter, spending countless hours creating, re-furbishing and building furniture. Geneva was fun-loving and outgoing. Her independent spirit and giving nature will be missed greatly. Geneva was preceded in death by her parents and husband (listed above); granddaughter, Christy Smith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Pat and Fontella Knight, John and Betty Knight, Wanda VanHoozer, and Peggy Hopkins.

Survivors include her children, Judy Watson, Pam Lee and her husband, Bert, and Leonard McAngus and his wife, Jennifer; grandchildren, Jennifer Humphrey, Melissa Harrell, Chris Lee, Chad Lee, Ross McAngus and Will McAngus; 15 great grandchildren; brother, Bobby Knight and his wife, Gussie; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Hooker and Mimi Sackedis; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a time of visitation held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Johnson's Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 16, 2017 in the Eldorado Cemetery.
