Myrtle Emberton KEMP, Ill., Mrs. Myrtle Emberton; 66, Kemp, died Wednesday in Jarman Hospital, Tuscola, where she had been a patient since August 12. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Kemp Church of Christ. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery, visitation was Thursday at the Emberton residence.

Mrs. Emberton was born Aug 7, 1897, in Douglas County, the daughter of William H. and Hannah Parker Tuttle. She was married to Lisha Emberton Feb. 1, 1911. She was preceded in death by her husband and six children.

She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Hettie Turner, Oakland; Mrs. Stella Halsey, Sonora, Calif.; Mrs. Neva Mathews, Oakland; Mrs. Amelia Brown, Seaside, Calif.; and Mrs. Lucille Dodge, San Diego, Calif; three sons, Kenneth, Tuscola; Clinton, Hammond, Ind.; and Richard, Ogden; a brother, Bert Tuttle, Hindsboro; one sister, Mrs. Ethel Rankins, Mattoon; 20 grandchildren and five grandchildren.
