Maxine Velma Coomler, age 83, of Douglasville, GA, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016. She was born on June 5, 1933 in Shelbyville, IN. to the late Glen Earl Farthing and Audren Barker Farthing. Maxine was a homemaker and loved her family.
She is survived by her husband, of 64 years, Charles Coomler; children; Michael Coomler ,David Coomler, Patricia Todd and husband, Larry, Timothy Coomler and wife, Bertha, Connie Latimer and husband, Jeff, Pamela Litton, Bryan E. Coomler; 13 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her brother Robert Earl Farthing and sisters, Wanda Heck and Geraldine Buckler.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, July 17, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. from Hightower’s Memorial Chapel in Douglasville. Entombment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
