John J. Farrell
MARSHFIELD - John J. Farrell, 67, of Marshfield, a retired electrical engineer, died Wednesday at Life Care Center of the South Shore, Scituate.
Mr. Farrell worked for Boston Edison for 34 years, retiring in 1998.
Born in Boston, he had lived in Marshfield since 1974. He was a graduate of Boston schools and Northeastern University.
Mr. Farrell was a former CCD teacher at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Green Harbor. He was also a Pro-Life Advocate. He was a member of the Marshfield Yacht Club.
He is survived by his wife, Lucy M. (Polito) Farrell; five sons, LIVING; a daughter, LIVING; two sisters, LIVING; three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Green Harbor. Burial will be in Couch Cemetery, Marshfield.
