She was born on Aug. 15, 1910 in Linn, MO, the daughter of August and Florence Amelia Weislocher Kaullen.
She was married on Sept. 21, 1940 in Linn to George D. Richardson who died on April 25, 1954. She was later married on Sept. 21, 1957 in St. Louis to Donald G. Orr who died on Sept. 12, 1980.
Mrs. Orr attended business college in Jefferson City and was employed as a foreman with the former International Shoe Factory in Jefferson City from 1926 until its closing in the 1950's. She retired in 1974 as a keypunch operator with the Missouri Department of Transportation Highway Reciprocity Commission where she was employed for several years.
She was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church; Over-fifty Club; and was a past president of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1003 Auxiliary.
Survivors include one sister and brother-in-law, Eileen and Ronald Bowman, Jefferson City; one niece, Ronda Bowman, Columbia, MO; and two nephews, Robert Means, Cheyenne, WY; and Rick Means, State of Oregon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; one brother, Fredrick "Fritz" Kaullen; and two sisters, Marjorie Couch and Beulah Means.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am. Monday, April 24, 2006, at St. Martin Catholic Church with the Rev. Edwin A. Schmidt officiating.
Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
