Geneva Margaret Jenne Died peacefully on February 15, 2011, at the age of 88, following a brief illness. Geneva was born in Edwardsville, IL, on March 23, 1922, to Leo and Mary Weidner. She was preceded in death by her older sister, Ruth Alexander and her husband, Robert (Bob) H. Jenne. She is survived by her sister, Alice Logan and brother, Clifford Weidner; her son, Robert C. Jenne; daughter-in-law, Pam Jenne and many nieces, nephews and longtime friends. Geneva graduated from Eastern Illinois State Teacher's College, and taught classes in commerce to high school students before her marriage. She and her husband, Bob, lived in Decatur, IL. After retirement, they spent winters in Green Valley, AZ, enjoyed golf, the opera and symphony, and traveled extensively around the world. She was also an active member of PEO (Chapter GR) for more than 50 years. The family would like to thank La Canada Care Center and Carondelet Hospice for their compassionate care.
