Brad Bell, 42, passed away to the arms of the Lord Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in Abilene, Texas. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, July 8, 2016, at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Elliot Hamil Garden of Memories.

Brad was born April 19, 1974 in Stamford Texas. He worked as a tattoo artist at Tristar Tattooing in San Angelo and Screamin' Ink in Abilene.

His love for his family and friends was visible for all to see. His amazing artwork and his tattooing and sketching are known to many. He loved playing his guitar and had a passion for writing songs. Brad was always the life of the party.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Junie and Nolan Freeman; his father and stepmother, Harley and Pam Bell; siblings Angela Blocker, Landon Bell and wife Jennifer, Randy Bell and wife Chealsi, Blake Riggins and wife Elisha, and Ashley Riggins; and his nieces and nephews, Toni Blocker, Tobi Blocker, Braxton Bell, Brody Bell, Hazlee Jay Bell, Gage Riggins and Ember Riggins.
