Eliza Ann first married John Kinchen Davis, who died in 1872. It appears that Eliza migrated to New Zealand in 1873, leaving from Plymouth.
Eliza married Arthur John Green in Westport in 1875.

Eliza's husband Arthur died 18 December 1902 at Nelson while resident of Westport. He left his entire estate to Eliza, with 2 sons (Arthur John junior and Robert Whyte) working the drapery business. John was 60 years old at his death.

Eliza continued ownership of the Drapery business (with her 2 sons working it) until her death in 1938. At that time she specified the business was to be offered first to her 2 sons Arthur and Robert.
She left a freehold house and 2 acres each to Arthur John junior and Robert Whyte Green. The remainder of her estate was left to her remaining children:

A pioneer resident of Westport, in the person of Mrs Eliza Green, passed away on Monday. Deceased, who was a native of Bodmin, 89 years of age, came to New Zealand on the emigrant ship Adamant some 67 years ago. Over 60 years were spent in the Buller. Deceased's husband predeceased her by 35 vears. She leaves three sons, A. J. and R. W. (Westport). E. M. (Hamilton) ; four daughters, Mrs E. G. Tregurtha (Petone), Mrs A. McMasters (Invercargill). Mrs L. Earl (Wellington), and Mrs A. W. Neill (Westport).
