Fraya Howell Fisk, age 72 of Royse City, TX, passed away June 22, 2016. She was born January 19, 1944, in Royse City to Clifford D. and Mary Hazel (Craig) Howell. Fraya was an administrative assistant for the Royse City ISD until her retirement in May of 2011. She attended First United Methodist Church in Royse City and was an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Friday Study Club in Rockwall, TX. Fraya was known for her gracious manner and gentle smile. She had a God given way of making people feel welcome and comfortable, always.


Fraya is survived by her husband of 55 years: Paul Fisk of Royse City, TX; sons: Clif Fiske and wife Lynne of Garland, TX, and Tony Fisk and wife Heather of Heath, TX; brother: Butch Howell and wife Donna of Royse City, TX; brother-in-law: Jerrell Baley of Royse City, TX; and three grandchildren: Piper, Jill and Sutton. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister: Ouida Baley.


Memorial services will be held 10:30am, Saturday, July 2, 2016, at First United Methodist Church, 305 N. Josephine Street in Royse City with Reverend Chris Everson officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Royse City Chapel from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 305 N.
