Dorothy G. Patterson, 87, of Sullivan, formerly of Springfield, died Thursday, May 11, 2006, at Illinois Masonic Home in Sullivan. She was born Oct. 6, 1918, in Springfield, the daughter of Grover C. and Doris Kelley Wise. She married Raymond L. "Pat" Patterson in 1942 in Springfield; he died in 2005. A daughter, Linda Lee Patterson, also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Patterson was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church.

There are no survivors.

Cremation accorded by Bisch Crematory. Memorial services: First United Methodist Church-Downtown. Private inurnment: Oak Ridge Mausoleum Chapel.
