Johnson of Winder, Ga.; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. A homemaker, director of the Southern Baptist Women, member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church and a charter member of First Baptist Church in Crete, Ill., and Park Forest Church, she was a daughter of the late George W. and Alice Allen Birdsong. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Plomer White; her second husband, Tom Dixon; two grandsons; five brothers; and four sisters
Service: Funeral services were conducted Friday, May 21, at 11 a.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz. The Rev. Gary Heath officiated the service Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Cadiz Gideon Camp, P.O. Box 65, Cadiz, Ky. 42211; Pennyroyal Hospice, 101 W. 18th St., Hopkinsville, Ky. 42240; or the American Heart Association, 333 Guthrie St., Suite 207, Louisville, Ky. 40202.
