Doris Gorden McMorris, 68, was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from the former Mont Pleasant High School. Mrs. McMorris had worked for the General Electric Co. in Schenectady at one time. She was a life member of the Stanford Heights Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband, Eugene H. McMorris; a son; four daughters; five sisters, Helen Stewart, Thelma Livingston, Evelyn Viscusi and Jean Gordon, all of Schenectady, and Margaret Algie of Virginia; and four grandchildren.
