=========
Despite the Hispanic heritage, none of the Mejia's was a devoted Catholic, although they may have attended from time to time. I have never known of a Mejia to be buried in a Catholic cemetery or section of a cemetery. I believe that most of them were agnostic, and Abraham had belonged to an agnostic group in Mexico called Pensadores Libres (Free Thinkers). I don't know if he was involved in Odd Fellows, but they seem to have their own section in cemeteries.
