Winnie E. Collier - Rites for Mrs. Collier a 44 year resident of Rio Linda will be held 10:00 am Tuesday May 10, 1988. In the Sunset Chapel of the Chimes. Mrs. Collier suffered a heart attack and died Saturday am in the Sutter Hospital at the age of 84 years. The Rio Linda resident was a pioneer homemaker and retired from the Sacramento City School Food Service where she worked for 15 years. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in North Sacramento where she worked in the youth department for many years and sang in the church choir. A native of Arkansas, Mrs. Collier joins her husband, Clarence in death leaving 2 daughters, Juanita Snapp and Geneva Christophel both of Sacramento and a son, Lee Collier of Rio Linda. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Rembrances preferred to the Temple Baptist Church of North Sacramento.
