Melvin L. Anthony
Melvin L. Anthony, 66, of 1604 N. 26th St., Terre Haute, died at 1:05 p.m. Monday at the Terre Haute Nursing Home.
Born July 26, 1923 in Brazil he was the son of Arcus and Ethel Maxwell Anthony and was a retired laborer for a dry ice company in Indianapolis.
Survivors include three sisters, Geraldine Catlin, Terre Haute, Loretta McIndoo and Delores Cubel, both of Brazil; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday at the Mattox-Wood Chapel in Terre Haute with the Rev. James Haddix officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Highland Lawn Cemetery, Terre Haute.
