Daughter of Hebert Caleb Ayres and Sarah Ellen Wright. She divorced James T. Woodall, whom she married 12 Jul 1895, and married a second time, to William Benjamin Haslam 17 Jul 1902. It should be noted that the death cert. for both men list Sarah as his wife.

Mrs. Sarah Jane (Sadie) Ayers Haslam Woodall, 85, 12 W. 3900 South, died of natural causes Monday 12:30 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospital . Born Nov. 11, 1877, Orderville, Kane County, to Heber C. and Sarah Ellen Wright Ayers. Married to James T. Woodall, July 12, 1895, Mill Creek. Later divorced. Married to William B. Haslam, July 17, 1902, St. George Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He died Dec. 20, 1926. Remarried to James T. Woodall. He died October, 1947. Survivors: sons, daughters, James A. Woodall, Paul Haslam, Grant Haslam, Mrs. Richard M. (Eva) Hankins, Mrs. Melvin (Jennie) Monthey, Mrs. Truman A. (Fern) Angell, all Salt Lake City; Albert Haslam, Kearns; Mrs. Edna Lowe, Long Beach, Calif.; 42 grandchildren, 87 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren.

WOODALL – Funeral services for Sarah Jane (Sadie) Ayers Haslam Woodall will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Rose Room, 26 East 7th South. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the Deseret Mortuary Sunday 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday prior to services. Funeral Directors Deseret Mortuary.
