Elaine Clark Garner, 82, died 1 Jul 2009 at her home in Ogden. She was born 19 Apr 1927 in Liberty, Utah, a daughter of Walter Andrew and Zenna Elizabeth Hill Clark. She lived in Liberty until she was nine then moved to Ogden with her family where she lived for the remainder of her life. On 12 Mar 1949, she married Wayne Gaisford Garner in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Wayne preceded her in death on 30 Jan 2006. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed working with the youth and served as ward librarian for many years. She retired from Hill Air Force Base following many years of service. She loved reading, traveling, needlework projects and most of all, spending time with her family. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and one sister.

Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
