From David's obituary:
He was a gentleman with a great sense of humor. During WWII he was proud to have served in the U.S. Army, entering into the service at Ft. Devens in Massachusetts. He later became a purchasing agent for both Colonial Williamsburg and Anheuser Busch. More recently he was a driver at Williamsburg Landing.
