U.S. Veteran Ramah Clay Adams husband of Cora F. Moore Adams, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky departed this life Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the age of 82 years, 6 months, and 13 days. He was a son of the late John D. and America Elizabeth Brewer Adams born at Tar Ridge, Wolfe County, Kentucky on December 5, 1933. He was retired from the Air Force, and a Korean and Vietnam Veteran. He is survived by his wife Cora F. Moore Adams of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; 3 sons, Joe Adams (Lillie), John William Adams (Tammy) both of Rogers, Kentucky Josh Adams of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; 1 daughter, Kaye Duke (Greg) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 4 sisters, Gladys Triplett, Geanetta Hobbs both of Campton, Kentucky, Ruby G. Dopel of Corbin, Kentucky and Cleta Bush (Danny) of Winchester, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Alice Marie Adams, 1 great grandchild; his parents, John D. and America Elizabeth Brewer Adams; 3 brothers, William Oscar Adams, Charlie Adams, and J.D. Adams; and 2 sisters, Minah Helen Adams and Mary Magdalene Adams. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Serving as pallbearers, Joe Adams, John Adams, Joshua Adams, Jarred Adams, Rick Adams, and Jeremy Adams.
