Graduated Chula Vista High in 1952 and while working at Rohr Ind he voluntered at Chula Vista PD as a Reserve Police Officer. In 1964 he took a Full-time Position with the Imperial Beach PD. Retired in 1982 as the Final Chief of IBPD. Graduated from the 100th FBI Academy in 1975.
