Jim and Myrtle (Brannon) Hayner. Mrs. Vaughan was raised and lived her life in Muskogee.
On April 6, 1940, Effie married Charles Vaughan. Mrs. Vaughan was a cosmetologist
by trade. During her spare time she loved to go on walks and play golf with her husband.
Mrs Vaughan is survived by her husband Charles of the home: three daughters,
Sharon Roberts, Linda Boling, and Philis Ferguson; four grandsons and three granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Roberts.-
A funerall service will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2001 at 1:00 PM
at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
The family has entrusted the Bradley- Family Funeral Service with the arrangements.
