VICTOR SCHMITT, BEVERAGEMAKER Is DEAD AGED 39
Victor T. Schmitt, 39 years old, president of Hinckley Schmitt, Inc., manufacturers of beverages, died yesterday in the St. Francis hospital, Evanston, after a brief illness. He was the son of the late George J. Schmitt, one of the founders of the beverage concern. Mr. Schmitt lived at 5555 Sheridan Road. He served in the United States Navy during the world war and was graduated from Northwestern University- in 1919. Surviving are his widow, Bernice; two sons, George J. III. and John Lee, and his mother, Mrs. George J. Schmitt. The funeral will be held at 2 p. m. Monday in the Edgewater Presbyterian church.
