POWELL, Juanita B. (nee Carstens) of Cape May Court House, formerly of Villas and Pennsauken, on May 23, 2010. Aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Howard Powell, mother of the late Rev. Howard W. Powell and Juanita B. McMenamin of Mays Landing, grandmother of Elaine Adamson, James McMenamin and Kenneth Powell, great-grandmother of Samantha and Sydney Adamson and Ashlee and Maya Powell. Mrs. Powell was a homemaker who also worked at Rice & Holman Truck Center and Burns (Pontiac) Buick & GMC Truck. The family wishes to thank the Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cape May Court House for the great care the staff provided to her. Visitation Tuesday 7 to 9 PM and Wednesday 9 to 10 AM with funeral service immediately following at STEPHENSON-BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 33 W. Maple Avenue, Merchantville. Interment at Locustwood Cemetery, Cherry Hill. Memorial contributions made in her memory to Grace Episcopal Church, 7 East Maple Avenue, Merchantville, NJ 08109 would be appreciated by the family. - Published in the Courier Post 5/24/2010.
