Sweetwater - Willie Mack "Bill" Jamison, 79, died Wednesday at an Abilene nursing home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Dr. Don Goates officiating, assisted by the Rev. Max Smiley. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Born in Gorman, he moved to Sweetwater in 1935.
He was a retired teacher and a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Inez Jamison of Sweetwater; a son, William Charles Jamison of Lubbock; a daughter, Betty Merle Swann of Amarillo; two brothers, Herman Jamison of Shreveport, La. and J. D. Jamison of Luling; two sisters, Mrs. Jim Barnes of Gorman and Mrs. Harland Wills of San Angelo; and six grandchildren.
