Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No 65-013276 for Franklin, Johnson County records Howard Golden, an 81-years old widowed white male, died about 5 a.m. on 11 April 1965 at the Indiana Masonic Home Hospital, due to "Ascending cysto-uretero-pyelonephritis, adenocarcinoma prostate gland." He was the son of William Golden, and Sadie Thomas. Indiana Masonic Home was the informant. Burial was at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Johnson County on 14 April 1965, Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home of Franklin, in charge.
