Dorothy Ray Bozard, 87, of Orangeburg, SC, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016. She was the wife of Andrew David Bozard. Dorothy was born January 30, 1929 to the late George Winston Ray and Katie Courtney Bozard.
She was a telephone operator with Bell South and then later joined her husband's business, Andy Bozard Heating and Air. Dorothy was a proud member of the local chapter of the Eastern Star, where she was the Grand Worthy Matron. She was a member of Orangeburg Baptist Tabernacle.
Survivors include her husband of the home; daughters: Lynn Bozard Gray (Bill) and Robin Bozard Phillips; son: Dean Randall Bozard (Landis); grandson: Eric Collins; sister: Ann Sutcliffe; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Dukes Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas Brookshire officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
