Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Morrison of Franklin announce the marriage of their daughter, Ruby P., to Donald F. Moore of Utica on Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Methodist Episcopal parsonage at Slippery Rocky, with Rev. R. A. Thompson officiating.

Ruby M. Edwards, 87, of 116 Kayglenn Drive, Lot 28, Polk, died at 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003, at her residence. Born Oct. 4, 1915, in Fertigs, she was the daughter of Lewis and Blanch Morrison.
She retired in 1979 from Polk Center, where she worked as a cook for 15 years. She enjoyed cats and her granddaughters' horse shows.
On March 27, 1932, she married Donald Moore, who died in 1950. She married Albert Edwards, who died Dec. 3, 1970.
Surviving are a son, Donald E. Moore, a daughter, Violet L. (Donald) Coogan, six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Deceased is a grandson, Virgel Coogan.
Services will be held in the Robert W. Gardinier Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Bell, pastor of Messiah Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
