Mrs. Royall was born March 30, 1929, in Front Royal, Virginia, the daughter of the late Raymond Paul Turner and Anna Louise Wilkison Turner. She was a member of The Front Royal United Methodist Church and the wife of the late Henry H. Royall.
Helen was a 1947 graduate of Warren County High School in Front Royal, Virginia.
Surviving are two daughters, Joan R. Johnson and husband Don, and Marylou R. Baugher and husband Randy, all of Danville. Also surviving are two brothers, Raymond P. Turner Jr., of Cumberland, and Robert L. Turner of Naples, Fla.; four grandchildren, Allison Spilman and husband Dain, Amanda Kiely and husband Matt, Christopher Baugher and wife Kelsey, and Courtney Baugher; and three great-grandchildren, Savannah, Sara, and Caroline.
Funeral services will be private. The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Joan Johnson, 120 Adobe Court, Danville.
