Barbara A. Cousins (nee Pastiak), beloved wife of the late Otto J. Cousins; loving mother of Melissa (Mike) Bonnardel; cherished grandmother of Abigail and Josephine.

Barbara was born in Chicago the daughter of Martin A. and Harriet "Hattie" (Mikolajewski) Pastiak.

Barbara was a retired teacher for Chicago Public School System.

Visitation Wednesday 3 to 9 PM. Service Thursday 10:00 AM at Lawn Funeral Home 7909 State Road (5500 W) Burbank, IL 60459.

Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.

Barbara was a retired teacher for C.P.S.
