Funeral services for Mrs. Lyta Mae Todd Bryan, age 94, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Manchester Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Bryan passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Manchester Healthcare.
Mrs. Bryan was born in Rutherford County, TN, the daughter of the late Andrew J. and Era Verne Vassar Todd. She was a homemaker and a member of Big Creek Baptist Church in the Big Springs Community of Rutherford County.
In addition to her parents, Lyta was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bryan; one daughter, Glory Ann Bryan; one brother, Charlie Benton Todd; and two sisters, Lizzie Bell Carter McCary and Elva Hall Roberts Hartman.
Lyta is survived by one daughter, Linda Bryan of Manchester; two sisters, Carmean Turner of Manchester and Callie Frances Bryan of Morrison; and several nieces and nephews.
