The Talent of wood working
James Anderson Frost as, many of the Frost Men descending from him, was a talented wood worker. Stories passed along in the family state, he won a gold watch at a fair in Ohio for making the best fiddle, you can see the watch chain in the photo as he poses in suit & tie. He well known as being a good carpenter & for his wood work.
A handsome man as most of the Frost men were. They had a V hair line that made them quite distinguished. His son was in the Mill work creating barrel staves & was a carpenter finisher that built cabinetry & a guitar. Many made a living in lumber mills, built houses, farmed.

Missouri Death certificate # 14419, gives death as suicidal drowning. Interred 11/Mar/1912.
two different birth dates for James A Frost old headstone has 20 Sept 1831 & new headstone has 20 Sept 1848.
