Kilby was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Helms Martin and a cousin Jay Hubbard. He is survived by cousins Johnny and Joe (Susan) Hubbard and many extended family members.
A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday June 2nd at Liberty Baptist Church, 15810 Liberty Church Road, Lanexa, VA 23089. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
