Funeral services for Walter S. Maddux will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Leverett and Steele Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Frances Sales officiating. Interment will be in the Knights of Honor Cemetery.
Mr. Maddux died Wednesday in the Veteran's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Okla.
He is survived by two sons, Joe Frank Maddux of Lookeda, Okla., and Jimmy Rax Maddux of Vernon; one daughter, Mrs, M. D. (Mary Sue) Owens of Choctaw, Okla.; one sister, Mrs. Frank (Velma) Blackbourn of Blossom; and 11 grandchildren.
