Funeral services will be held tomorrow for Otto Bartels of Monee, who died Tuesday in Imperial Nursing center, Hazel Crest.
The Rev. John McKinnis, pastor, will conduct the rites at 2 p.m. in Immanuel Lutheran Church. Matteson, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation today is from 2-9 p.m. in Hirsch Memorial Chapel. Tinley Park.
A farmer, Mr. Bartels had lived all his life in this area. He was born January 7, 1894. in Rich township.
He is survived by two sons, Welmer of Lansing, and Melvin of Monee; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Expansion fund.
