Rilla Lee Bailey Stonecypher 93 of Tucker, GA passed away on 10-29-2009 after a brief illness. The funeral will be held at Bill Head Funeral Home & Crematory Lilburn/Tucker Chapel on Sunday with Rev. Adam Moon officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Tucker. She was preceded in death by husband of 64 years, Cloy L. Stonecypher. She was the oldest member of First Presbyterian Church of Tucker.
Survived by daughter, Doris Stonecypher Cooper Van Haltern; son, Douglas L.
