Wanda Marie Hansen Austin passed through the veil Friday, May 20, 2016. Born October 4, 1927 in Garden City, Utah to Thomas Wilford Hansen and Beatrice Anne Negus. Attended local schools, graduating from Ogden High in 1945. Married Max James Austin, December 19, 1946; sealed June 17, 1966 in the Salt lake LDS Temple. Faithful member of the LDS Church holding various positions throughout her lifetime, her favorite being librarian for many years.

She worked at the Clearfield Naval Base for 2 ½ years and for Eimco Corp, (Baker Hughes) for 32 years.

Survived by her three sons; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Also Survived by brother and sister. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brother Stan.

Services will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah. Viewings will be held Monday night, May 23, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday 9:30-10:45 a.m. at the mortuary prior to the service. Graveside services to follow at Logan Cemetery.
