Martha (Cagle) K. Melson
Martha (Cagle) K. Melson, 86, of Michigan City, Ind., died Monday, Jan. 14, at St. Anthony Memorial Health Center. She was born in Savannah, daughter of the late Robert H. and Mary R. Eaton Cagle. She was united in marriage to Leamon R. Melson, who preceded her in death Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 19, at 1 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Home in Savannah with Rev. Joseph Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hermon Cemetery. Mrs. Melson is survived by two sons, Robert Melson of Paris, Tenn. and Pete Melson of Mill Creek, Ind.; one daughter, Barbara Bailey of Portage, Ind.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, She was also preceded in death by one son and one brother.
