Lottie Garner, 84, of Hillsboro, died December 5 at the Harton Memorial Hospital in Tullahoma following an extended illness.
She was the daughter of Thomas and Lizzie Gilliam Henley and was born in Franklin County on September 16, 1899. She was a member of the Nazarene Church.
Services were held at the Moore-Cortner Chapel on Wednesday, December 12. Rev. Bolin Martin and Rev. Albert Sherrell officiated, and burial was in the Mt. Garner Cemetery.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Johnnie Bonner and Mrs. Ruby Marlow, both of Hillsboro, and Mrs. Clara Heatherly of Morrison; 11 grandchildren, 15 grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
