Birth date estimated. Son of William H. H. Bradley and (Betsy) Jane Richardson. He married Mary Currie, daughter of Henry Adolphus Currie (#88179924) and Anna Oxley (#88262889), on 15 May 1889 in Rock Co., Wisconsin; and Grace M. Currie, 26, daughter of Charles P. Currie and Mary, on 13 July 1902 in Berrien Co., MI. (Grace is possibly Grace Millicent Currie, daughter of Charles Currie and Isabella Neley, who was born on 30 May 1876 in Howard Twp., Kent, Ontario.) Her Michigan death record gives mother's name as Isabella Oxley.

Elwyn was a carpenter, and died at his residence in Vancouver. The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners conducted his funeral, and his remains were shipped to Seattle for cremation. No relatives were mentioned in his obituaries (April 5, 6, and 10, in the Vancouver Daily World), although Grace's death record describes her as widowed.

Elwyn is recorded (age 3, born Wisconsin), with his parents and maternal grandmother (then Emily Pepper) in 1870 in Omro, Winnebago, Wisconsin, and with his parents (age 12, born Illinois), in 1880 in Rockford, Winnebago, Illinois.Married Mary Currie, Rock, Wisconsin, 1889.
