H.H. Dobson
Funeral services for H. H. Dobson, Blossom. who died unexpectedly Sunday at 5:45 p.m. at McCuistian Community Hospital in Paris, will be held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday at the Church of God in Blossom. The Rev. J. W. Davis, pastor, and the Rev. C. G. Renfro, pastor of the First Baptist Church will officiate.

The body will lie in state at the church from 1:30 until 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be made in the Knights of Honor Cemetery in Blossom by Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home Paris.

Mr. Dobson, a retired carpenter, had been in the grocery business in Blossom for the past three years. Born Feb 2, 1898 in Utica, Okla., he was the son of late William C. Dobson and Lura Andrews Dobson. He attended public school at Bokchito and Kenefic, Okla..

He married Miss Vera Mooney Oct 19, 1921 at Bennington, Okla.. The couple lived in Oklahoma and Arizona until 1930, when they moved to Texas. They moved to Blossom in 1948 from Windom.

He is survived by his wife, one son, Gordon Grant Dobson of Clarksville; five grandchildren; three brothers, Foy W. Dobson, Whitesboro, Glenn Dobson, Phoenix, Ariz., and Joe Dobson, Munsonville, N. H. and four sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Mars, Tombstone, Ariz. And Mrs. Lacy Brownings, Mrs. Gladys Ellis, and Mrs. Ethel Curtis, all of Phoenix.
