She was the daughter of Joseph and Katherine (Hasebrook) Gast. On Oct 12, 1957, she married Louis Overman, who survives in Maria Stein.
Surviving are three daughters: Tina Jobes, Baltimore, MD, Amy (Neale) Frysinger, Maria Stein, and Jennifer (Kim) Kremer, Coldwater; a brother, Tom (Elizabeth), FL; two sisters-in-law: Dorothy Gerlach, St. Henry, Marilyn (Bill) Braun, Columbus, and Alma Overman, Dayton; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Kay; a sister linked below; four brothers-in-law: Richard (Alma) Overman, Otmar (Joan) Overman, Linus “Jim” Overman and Cyril (Betty) Overman; and three sisters-in-law: Jean Gast, Viola (Norbert) Dippold, and Alvina (Ben) Hemmelgarn.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, and St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
