John S. Kohler, Felton R. D. 2, who had been taken suddenly sick a few weeks ago, is able to be about again and assists in doing the farm work. Mr. Kohler, who will be 81 years old on his next birthday, and Mrs. Kohler, his wife, who will be 85 years old on her next birthday, reside with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Purd C. Kohler, Chanceford township.
Mr. Kohler is a reader of The Gazette and Daily and has been for many years. They are the oldest couple in the vicinity. They were married on January 5, 1884, over 61 years ago.
