She was married to Juan Maria Osuna on Feb. 15, 1806 at Mission San Diego de Alcala. She was the daughter of Juan Francisco Lopez and his wife
Maria Feliciana Arballo. Doña Juliana Osuna instructed that for the wake her body was to be dressed in a black or blue wool dress and be stretched out on the hard earth instead of in bed or on a table. She is buried next to her husband in El Campo Santo Cemetery in Old Town San Diego, CA.
