She was born in Rock Hall, MD the daughter of the late George Franklin Elburn and Catherine Coleman Bullen. She attended schools in Rock Hall and in 1951 she married Walter A Crouch.
Due to his career with the U.S. Navy they resided in several locations throughout the country until his retirement when they moved back to Rock Hall in 1967.
Mrs. Crouch worked for a short time with Rock Hall Manufacturing (the Shirt Factory).
She was a member of Rock Hall United Methodist Church and enjoyed bowling in her earlier years.
Her husband predeceased her on December 5, 2010.
She is survived by her children: Graham F. Crouch and his wife Susan of Easton, MD and Charles A. Crouch and his wife Lee of Rock Hall, MD, her grandchildren: Betsy Jane Lloyd and Lana Lee Brand, along with her great grandchildren: Angel Lee Brand, Layla Brand, Ally Lloyd, Brian Lloyd, Andi-Beth Lloyd, and Aryn Lloyd.
Funeral services will be held at Rock Hall United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 12:00 noon, where relatives and friends may call from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Interment will be held in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Rock Hall Volunteer Fire Company P.O. Box 577 Rock Hall, Maryland 21661.
