Judy E. Stephey, 73, departed this life, surrounded by her loving family, Friday, May 13, 2016 at Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. Born in Kosciusko County, IN, Judy worked as a bank teller and a certified nursing assistant for many years. She was a 50 year member of the Eastern Star. She had an adventurous spirit, enjoyed traveling, and loved spending time with her family. Surviving are her loving husband of 50 years, Rev. David Stephey; twins Kevin (Sandy) Stephey of Fort Wayne, IN and Kimberly (Jerry) Roby of New Albany, IN and son Jonathon (Andrea) Stephey of Sugar Hill, GA; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; mother Cora Belle Grubb of Elkhart, IN; brothers, Edwin D Grubb of Elkhart, IN and Steven (Karen) Grubb of Goshen, IN; sister, Cora Sue (Larry) Eisenhour of Syracuse, IN and Teresa (Gayle) Faunce of Elkhart, IN. Judy was preceded in death by father, Edwin R Grubb. Funeral Service is 10:00 am, Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road with calling one hour prior. Chaplain Victor Kolch officiating.
