Millard, age 97, passed away at Good Samaritan Home. He was born the son of Millard Sr. & Maude (Pennel) Chase. Millard married Marion Carlson on Dec. 2, 1934. She preceded him in death in 2004. Millard worked at Madison Gas and Electric, Bowman Dairy, and C & P Garden Center. He was a charter member of Lake Edge United Church of Christ. Millard was an avid golfer and bowler. He is survived by three children, a daughter, two sons and their wives, seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Millard was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Dan Gedko; brothers, William, Alfred, Richard and Robert; and a sister, Madeline. Private services was held
