PAUL EDWARD PLUMLEY SR., 30, of West Hamlin Rt. 1, died Wednesday in a Huntington hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Koontz Funeral Home at Hamlin by the Rev. William Atkinson and the Rev. Elwood Tabor. Burial will be in the Plumley Cemetery at Hager, WV. Born May 12, 1940, at Hager, he was a son of Mrs. Alma Stowers Thompson of West Hamlin and the late Lunsford Plumley. Additional survivors include the widow, Mrs. Peggy Ruth (Roop) Plumley; a son, Paul E. Plumley Jr., at home; a sister, Mrs. Floy Mae Adkins of Hager, and the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Vesta Stowers of Hamlin.

Note: He was also preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Arthur Stowers, and paternal grandparents, Callaway Plumley and Flora Smith.
