Mrs. Radney attended Mitchell's Presbyterian Church and was retired as a vice president of Citizen's National Bank.
Mrs. Radney is survived by two nieces, Louise LaRue and husband, Wayne of Marietta Georgia, and Margaret Beglin and husband, Warren of Shelbyville Indiana; three nephews, David Jones and wife, Marti of Middlebury Conneticut, Rosser H. Brockman and wife, Yin Wah of San Francisco, California, and Robert Brockman of Charlottesville, along with many great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
A memorial graveside service will be at 1 p.m., Thursday, May 12, 2016, at the Graham Cemetery in Orange. Pastor John Grotz will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Boys Home of Virginia, 414 Boys Home Road, Covington, VA 24426 or the Mitchells Presbyterian Church, 12229 Mitchells Rd., Mitchells VA 22729. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family.
