Roland Gene Webb passed at the age of 88 in Mesa, Arizona, on April 19, 2016. He passed peacefully after a short illness.
He leaves behind his wife of 66 years, Nancy Saunders Webb, of Mesa, Arizona; four children, Michael Webb (Kathy) of Alexandria, Melody Webb Head of Gaston, Kevin Webb (Debbie) of Summitville and Michele Webb Castellano (Nick) of Mesa, Arizona; grandchildren Rodney Webb (Emily), Bethany Sin (Shawn), Andrea Bradnick (Reid), Curt Head (Kim), Kate Uebelhack, Nick Castellano IV and Victor Castellano; great-grandchildren Grace Womack, Landon and Genna Bradnick, Austin Webb, Kolton and Levi Sink, and Kinsley Head.
Roland was born in Elwood and lived in Summitville for over 50 years until he and Nancy moved to Arizona in 2003. Roland retired from Delco Remy after 37 years of service, and he and Nancy traveled the United States in their RV. They spent their winters in Arizona and their summers in Indiana from 1987 to 2011.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. July 9 at the home of Michael Webb, 15200 W. 550N, Alexandria.
In place of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to www.covenantlifecc.org for the building fund.
